by Ted Dekker
I’ve told you already that Ted Dekker happens to be one of my favorite authors. I adore his books, and this was a great one of his. With every one of his books, Ted picks a theme to write about. This one is about God knowing the future. Written in a style that is easy to understand, with action-packed plots, mixed with a concept that is difficult to understand–that all makes for another spectacular Ted Dekker book.
The plot of the story is about a brilliant (and of course, handsome) young man with an IQ of about 135 (higher than Einsteins), he starts seeing the future, but of course, it ain’t simple. He doesn’t see one defiant future, but a million possibilities depending on what he does. Before, he had believed in a God because of “intelligent design” but now, he thinks that there can’t be one. In the middle of this a gorgeous girl arrives and the story gets crazy from then on. I hope you’re now hooked, and if you’re not, read it anyway!
